LOEC is a Celtic duo based in Switzerland, featuring Edmée Perritaz on the irish tin whistle and bodhran, and François de Clarens on guitar and tenor banjo. They enjoy arranging Irish and Scottish dance events and concerts to spread the Celtic music's delight
